Full Journal pdf1995-05-15 Senate Journal Page 1856 HB 100 Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the Conference Committee Report on CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 100 "An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan program expenses of state government, for certain programs, and to capitalize funds; making appropriations under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date" (page 1803) be taken up. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Halford moved that the Senate adopt the Conference Committee Report on CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 100. 1995-05-15 Senate Journal Page 1857 HB 100 The question being: "Shall CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 100 pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: Conference CS for HB 100 Adopt Conference Committee Report? YEAS: 13 NAYS: 7 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Adams, Frank, Green, Halford, Hoffman, Kelly, Leman, Lincoln, Miller, Pearce, Rieger, Sharp, Torgerson Nays: Donley, Duncan, Ellis, R.Phillips, Salo, Taylor, Zharoff and so, CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 100 "An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan program expenses of state government, for certain programs, and to capitalize funds; making appropriations under art. Senator Halford moved the effective date clause. The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?"
